This historic landmark building was originally home to the city’s horse-drawn trolley cars.  The property was purchased in the mid 1990’s from the Lutheran Brotherhood and renovated soon after.   This historic property offers breathtaking views of the Potomac River and the Francis Scott Key Bridge from the massive rooftop terrace the southern side of the building.

The building is adjacent to Georgetown University and a majority of the building is leased to the University’s School of Business.
