WASHINGTON, DC – December 5, 2012 – Douglas Development is delighted to reveal their newest tenant, Pinnacle Atlantic Health Group LLC, who will move into the second floor of 600 F Street, NW during the first quarter of the 2013. This agreement will keep Pinnacle in this 2,162 square foot space for the next five years, where they will join fourth and fifth floor tenant, Terra Eclipse, who signed an agreement with Douglas Development during the summer of 2012.
With this latest agreement in place, Douglas Development now has leased all but the third floor of 600 F Street, NW, an impressive feat given that this historic building was vacant and uninhabitable when acquired. Since then, Douglas Development has secured a pre-lease with Terra Eclipse and has conducted a full renovation, completed in the fourth quarter of 2012, with a total of 12,886 square feet deliverable.
“We are extremely pleased with the recent leasing of the second floor of 600 F Street, NW. This lease will expand our portfolio to include a creditable Healthcare management firm like Pinnacle Atlantic and is yet another step in the successful rehab of a tremendous historic property, located in the prime of Penn Quarter,” said Douglas Development Principal Norman Jemal.
