WASHINGTON – August 8, 2012 – Douglas Development is thrilled to welcome new tenant Shake Shack
to the Penn Quarter neighborhood. Shake Shack will occupy the Douglas Development-owned property at
800 F Street NW, located within the International Spy Museum Complex. It is scheduled to open mid-2013.

Shake Shack will occupy 3200 Square Feet at the corner of 9th and F Street, NW.
Shake Shack will join a rapidly growing number of restaurants and retail shops along and near F Street that are owned by Douglas Development, including J.Crew, Anthropologie, H&M, Zara, Forever 21, GUESS, the International Spy Museum, Crumbs Bake Shop, and Madame Tussauds.
