WASHINGTON, DC – October 18, 2012 – Douglas Development is thrilled to announce that Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) has leased 5,689 square feet on the third floor of the Douglas Development-owned property located at 707-709 G Street, NW.

DC is a growing technology hub, and the addition of HP further reinforces the status of DC as a leading technology hub in the global economy,” said Douglas Development Principal, Norman Jemal. HP signed their lease with Douglas Development in the third quarter of 2012, and is expected to move into the space in the second quarter of 2013. With the addition of HP, this building is now fully leased. HP joins Eagle Bank and Redline at 707-708 G Street, NW.
Added Jemal: “We saw a lot of interest in this space from multiple technology and architectural firms, due to the particularly desirable Penn Quarter location. We felt that HP would be the best fit based on their historic brand and success.”
