WASHINGTON, DC – October 9, 2012 – Douglas Development is pleased to announce 17 new office and retail tenants located throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. These additions, all completed between the months of May 2012 and August 2012, total 135,000 square feet leased to new tenants of Douglas Development.

Among others, new office and retail leases with Douglas Development as of summer 2012 include: Shake Shack at 800 F Street, NW (3,205 square feet), iStrategyLabs, LCC at 1630 Connecticut Avenue, NW (6,171 square feet), Alliance for Automobile Manufacturers, Inc. at 801 7th Street, NW (16,811 square feet), Excelerate Discovery, Inc. at 1025 F Street, NW (13,000 square feet), and The Alliance for American Manufacturing at 709-711 D Street, NW (5,860 square feet). In addition to new tenants, Douglas Development has renewed leases with several tenants, headlined by Honeywell Technology Solution, Inc. at 7515-7535 Mission Drive (13,516 square feet) and Pitney Bowes Management Service, Inc. at 3330-3360 New York Avenue, NE (19,262 square feet).
