He spearheads relations with hotel operators, brand partners, and lenders to optimize profitability, guide renovations and refinancing efforts, and strengthen long-term asset value across multiple markets.
With more than 15 years of experience in hotel operations, development, and asset management, Will has held leadership roles with Marriott International, RevPAR International, and CW Capital. Known for combining a disciplined investment approach with an operator’s intuition, he brings a hands-on, results-oriented style that drives NOI growth throughout Douglas Development’s expanding hospitality portfolio.
Originally from Vermont, Will now resides in Chevy Chase, MD with his wife and two daughters.
