Rich has decades of institutional experience in the investment, development, and operations of multifamily housing and commercial real estate.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Devaney has founded 4 institutional-grade investment platforms, managed more than $6 billion in investment, management, and lending activities, and contributed to the creation or preservation of over 75,000 units of affordable and/or workforce housing units.  He is uniquely capable of accessing, creating, and the practical application of varied capital products and programs in a creative, seamless, and sustainable manner.

He is presently the Chairman of C.A.S.E., a 501(c)3 – Center for Adoption Support and Education.
