Isaac oversees structured finance and tax advantaged investments. Since joining DDC in January 2022, Isaac has played a crucial role in sourcing, structuring, and closing over $650 million in financing. His expertise spans traditional loans, CMBS, Historic Tax Credit syndications, and agency loans.Prior to joining DDC, Isaac worked at Freddie Mac in Multifamily Securitization. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
