Drew Turner is the Senior Vice President of Development at Douglas Development Corporation, where he has been a key leader since 2014. With 17 years of experience in real estate development, Drew oversees entitlement, design, and construction processes, while also contributing to joint venture agreements, financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and marketing for projects totaling more than $1 billion in value .His portfolio includes transformative projects such as the Uline Arena, 655 New York Avenue, 1000 F Street, 1900 Half Street, the Cotton Annex, AC Hotel Convention Center, and the Georgetown Tribute Hotel.Drew holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware and a Master’s in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He actively contributes to the industry as a member of the Mount Vernon Triangle Community Improvement District Board and the DC Real Estate Group, and serves as a mentor for the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group .
Residing in Annapolis, Maryland, Drew enjoys spending time on the water with his wife and their three sons.
