Establish ETA and inform tenant. Enter into Building Engines, track, update progress and mark complete when finished.
Continue to update tenant information in Building Engines
Handle correspondent to tenants and vendors
Maintain property management filing system
Issue purchase orders for outside vendors and suppliers.
Code invoices to property# and GL#
Research invoices as needed
Issue Key Fobs
Work with Security company to assure proper access for tenants
Check in with New Tenants After Move-in
