General Responsibilities

  • Take service calls through Building Engines, email or phone calls
  • Dispatch to Property Managers, Engineers, HVAC Technicians, and Vendors
  • Establish ETA and inform tenant. Enter into Building Engines, track, update progress and mark complete when finished.
  • Continue to update tenant information in Building Engines
  • Handle correspondent to tenants and vendors
  • Maintain property management filing system
  • Issue purchase orders for outside vendors and suppliers.
  • Code invoices to property# and GL#
  • Research invoices as needed
  • Issue Key Fobs
  • Work with Security company to assure proper access for tenants
  • Check in with New Tenants After Move-in
