Prepare year end operating costs and taxes and bill tenant in accordance with the Lease
Audit general ledger for accuracy
Prepare annual income budgets
Calculate percentage rent and monitor gross sales reports
Review and update rent roll and other lease administration reports
Assist with preparation of annual I & E Reports
Prepare utility and other tenant billings
Create ad-hoc reports as requested
BA or BS degree in Business, Accounting or related fields
2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, real estate preferred
Strong analytic ability
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, flexible and able to multi-task
Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and experience with database management and accounting software, preferably MRI.
