General Responsibilities

  • Prepare year end operating costs and taxes and bill tenant in accordance with the Lease
  • Audit general ledger for accuracy
  • Prepare annual income budgets
  • Calculate percentage rent and monitor gross sales reports
  • Review and update rent roll and other lease administration reports
  • Assist with preparation of annual I & E Reports
  • Prepare utility and other tenant billings
  • Create ad-hoc reports as requested
  • General Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree in Business, Accounting or related fields
  • 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience, real estate preferred
  • Strong analytic ability
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, flexible and able to multi-task
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and experience with database management and accounting software, preferably MRI.
