Manage and maintain Principal calendar scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences scheduling
Manage personal and business financial matters; including expense reports and credit card accounts
Coordinate point-to-point travel needs (car, flight, hotel, etc.)
Run personal errands which could range from picking up dry cleaning to booking theater tickets and to getting lunch
Assist the Principal with managing and prioritizing daily workload
Organize and maintain filing system (both electronic and paper)
Greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer phone in a courteous and professional manner
Prepare expense reports
Provide production support including slide generation, graphics, proofreading, editing, copying, printing and book binding
Receive, screen, sort and prioritize all incoming mail and email; respond to inquiries as needed
Provide general administrative support for any practice area
Maintain highest level of internal and external confidentiality
Provide back-up production and administrative support to co-workers
Anticipating what the Principal will need and planning ahead for it.
Preparation and logistics for in-house meetings
3+ years of experience with providing executive–level administrative support in a large, corporate environment
Experience with managing a calendar, making travel arrangements, and managing expense reports
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of business correspondence and drafting letters and memos for executive signature
Ability to multi-task independently in a fast–paced environment
Ability to proofread for grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy
BA or BS degree
